Hello Board Members!
We have just finalized our first strategic plan. The strategies and vision that have been cast by this Board of Directors will change our community.
The plan is just a document if we do not act. With that in mind all of this comes with a dependency on you - our greatest advocates and supporters. Over the next year, I will call upon you to showcase your commitment to our mission, starting today.
Much of our work will include developing relationships with the community. The upcoming season here in Naples will be so important for us to build upon. If we can go into 2019 with full board support it will show the community that we not only take pride in our work but that we will lead by example.
Please make a contribution within your means and ability today.It will take involvement from us all to be successful. This means we need to lead by example when reaching out to the community. It is our goal to have 100% board participation in donating to the annual fund that will be the foundation to much of our fundraising success. We would like to have this completed by the end of the year so we can head into season with some momentum.
